Our members were treated to a fun weekend retreat in St. Brieux this past March!
We kicked the weekend off with some fun (actually fun) ice breaker games, a wicked surprise from Baffin Canada and dinner together.
Day one we headed out to our full day dog sled adventure where we had the absolute perfect weather! Each of our ladies got to go for a 20 min sled with the dog teams and took turns being passenger princess and standing.
One thing we learned is that these dogs LOVE their jobs! Our hosts were incredible and had a fire ready for us and a great shelter if we got cold. We didn’t. Thank you to Campbells Racing Sled Dogs for being such great hosts!
Once we were back at our cabins, some of our guests settled in to reading and some built snow men and a couple took naps! Each night we gathered for yummy food and connection.
Our last day started off with snow shoeing across the lake, brunch and goodbyes.
