Tulum Adventure Retreat | March 13-19 2026

For women who are ready to ask for what they want, say no to things that drain them and YES to things that give them LIFE…

For women who want to feel like they can take on whatever life brings them…

And who want to do it with a sense of adventure, connection and sisterhood…

Enter BEING BRAVE CLUB RETREATS.

Welcome to Your Tulum Reset : March 13-19th 2026

This isn’t a vacation—it’s a full-body exhale.

This retreat is for women who:

  • Crave a break from the go-go-go of real life
  • Feel most alive when they’re exploring and doing
  • Are ready to put themselves at the top of the list
  • Want to reconnect with the boldest, bravest version of themselves
  • Prefer deep convos and enriching experiences over surface small talk and wild bar-fuelled nights

You’ll leave with:

  • A fierce sense of clarity and confidence
  • New soul sisters who feel like lifelong friends
  • A heart cracked wide open by connection, nature, and joy
  • A reminder of just how fun it is to be fully, freely you

We’ve curated every detail so you can drop the mental load, and just be.

Imagine six soul-soaked days where you’re the one being taken care of. No planning. No juggling. Just showing up and receiving:

  •  Grounding movement and restorative moments to reconnect with your body
  •  Soul-expanding workshops that spark boldness and boundaries
  •  Adventures that get your heart racing (and your group chat buzzing)
  •  Crystal waters, jungle air, and the kind of presence you can’t pack in a carry-on
  •  Shared meals, shared stories, and the kind of connection that lingers long after you’re home

We have created a series of workshops and excursions that will support you in uncovering strategies in:

  • Cultivating courage and confidence from within
  • Deepening your connection to your intuition and self trust
  • Empowering you to step outside your comfort zone
  • Embracing your unique journey and authenticity without apology
  • Develop strategies to confront and conquer fears that may be holding you back from living your fullest life.

And, adventures that will allow you to have visceral experiences that take your learning and desires and allow you to embody them – bringing about lasting change and lifelong memories.

Think:

  • Basking in a sunbeam that’s landed through the trees onto the refreshing water you’re floating in
  • Yodeling like Tarzan as you zipline through the jungle lit up by flames
  • Cheesy pizza and girl talk over an epic back yard pool hang
  • Embracing connection and realness with fellow adventurers with a casual slumber party atmosphere

With a combined 15+ years of experience with hosting retreats and bringing the best out of the women around them, Crystal & Allison are so excited to bring you together for an incredible adventure that highlights both of their areas of expertise!

These two have been travelling and hosting together for the last seven years and compliment each other perfectly in their gifts and strengths –which means curating an experience for you with so much care and attention to detail!

Crystal — Your Retreat Host & Courage Co-Conspirator

For nearly two decades, Crystal has been helping women in Saskatoon step into confidence in front of the camera—one empowering photoshoot at a time. But confidence isn’t just about angles and lighting; it’s about how you feel in your skin and your story.

That’s where adventure comes in.

Fuelled by a deep love of movement, connection, and bold experiences, Crystal created Being Brave Club—a space where women tap into their personal courage through outdoor adventures, group challenges, and a whole lot of heart.

Over the past seven years, she’s facilitated three life-changing photoshoot retreats in Mexico and has since evolved her offerings into full adventure-based confidence retreats. This will be her second time leading a purely confidence-focused experience in Tulum—designed not just to inspire, but to truly transform.

When she’s not helping women break out of their comfort zones, you’ll find her hanging with her dog Jojo, planning the next big adventure, testing out bold ideas over a good chai latte, or sneaking in a solo hike just to be in nature.

“Working with Allison makes your challenges feel like a breeze and your dreams feel inevitable.” Allison Braun is an international Leadership & Business Coach, who has helped thousands of ambitious but at capacity coaches & practitioners from over 15 countries create their greatest work yet and a depth of impact that gives them goosebumps… without burnout, settling or sacrificing what’s most important to them.

Most importantly she knows what it’s like to say no to life out of fear of failing, looking silly and not feeling confident enough.  She knows what it’s like to question yourself and feel comfortable instead of adventurous and passionate.

When she’s not helping her gifted clients get what they REALLY want, you’ll find her drinking espresso & writing, walking her dog Bear by the river with Crystal or getting some quality lay-flat time in.

And, she’s excited to help you feel confident in who you are, what you want and going for it!

Our group of badass women will enjoy:

  • Exploring beautiful cenotes of the Mayan Riviera
  • Guided workshops to build trust in yourself and set meaningful boundaries
  • The adrenaline rush of zip lining, UTVs and more
  • Dining together and enjoying amazing food
  • Guided group yoga and sound experience
  • Sailing the beautiful waters of the Lagoon of Seven Colours
  • Free time to create your own adventures
  • A substance free, child free environment in a traditional Tulum villa
  • So much more

The main things our adventures are designed to do (aside from checking off bad ass things from your bucket list) are:

  • get you out of your comfort zone in the safety of a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • inspire you to go after even more in your day to day life
  • get you out of your routine and discovering exactly how much you’re capable of

It’s normal to be afraid doing new things and some of the things we’re doing can be scary as sh*t — and if/when panic sets in, you will know we have your back –whether it be by talking it through, screaming it out, holding your hand or just cheering you on!

When you go home you can be so proud of the things you did and the new skills you have to take on the ups and downs of every day life.

There are certainly a few destinations along the Mayan Riviera that we could plan this adventure around, but nothing quite has the touch of charm like Tulum. Most of our adventure holidays are rugged and a little rustic, this one combines adventure with sophistication!

Tulum has beautiful beaches, amazing food, culture, history and just happens to also be home to a UNESCO World Heritage Centre (Sian Ka’an)—so much to enjoy. It just had to be here.

Here’s where the real fun begins.

We’ve carefully crafted an itinerary that blends bold adventures, meaningful moments, and just enough space to breathe, reflect, and be surprised.

March 13th: Welcome to Paradise
Today’s the day you arrive at our beautiful retreat home in the heart of Tulum Centro! We’ll take time to settle in, get grounded, and start building connections. The evening wraps with a welcome dinner (yes, there will be tacos!) where we’ll toast the beginning of an unforgettable adventure.

March 14th: Tune In & Dive Deep
We’ll kick off Day Two with morning yoga, a nourishing DIY breakfast, and our first workshop: Getting to Know Your Intuition. It’s all about slowing down, listening inward, and learning to trust your inner compass.

In the afternoon, we’ll sink into the stillness of a local cenote—cool, clear, and pure magic. Then it’s back home for some well-earned fun: a backyard pizza + pool hang with space to connect, laugh, and let the day soak in.

/// Cenotes are deep water wells, which are fed by rain and the currents of the rivers. They were commonly used for water supplies by the ancient Maya, and occasionally for sacrificial offerings. Some of the underwater systems are so intricate that you can scuba dive and explore cave systems — we won’t be doing that, but we will get to enjoy the refreshing water and out-of-this-world beauty of them! ///

March 15th: Slow Start, Bold Finish
Ease into the day with a slow morning—sip your coffee, journal, stretch, wander. We’ll gather for a cute surprise and then dive into our second workshop, where we’ll go deeper into confidence, boundaries, and showing up as your boldest self.

Then it’s time to shift gears—literally. The evening kicks off with high-energy adventure: UTVs, zip lines, and wild moments that will leave your heart pounding and your brave muscles stronger than ever.

March 16th: Choose Your Own Adventure
Today is yours to shape however you like. Craving rest? Stretch out on the beach with a good book and salty breeze. Feeling curious? Explore nearby Mayan ruins, wander through local art shops, or take a trip to the stunning Sfer Ik Uh May museum just outside Tulum.

Whether you go solo or pair up with a new retreat friend, this is your chance to follow what lights you up.

March 17th: Road Trip to Paradise
Today we’re leaving Tulum behind (just for a bit) and hitting the road for a bucket list adventureBacalar—the stunning Lagoon of Seven Colours. Think crystal-clear water, endless shades of blue, and a full day of exploration, sailing, and snorkeling in one of Mexico’s most breathtaking natural wonders.

It’s the kind of day that stays with you long after your tan fades.

March 18th: Integration & Celebration
On our final full day together, we’ll gather in the morning for a closing circle—time to reflect, share stories, and soak in everything this adventure has stirred up. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace: relax, journal, explore, or indulge in an optional massage.

We’ll wrap it all up with a closing dinner featuring the most unforgettable sushi you’ve ever tasted—because bold women deserve bold flavours.

March 19th: Until Next Time
Our time together comes to a close this morning. We’ll share a few final hugs, take in one last toast, and check out of our retreat home—hearts full, bags packed with memories, and maybe a few tears (the good kind).

Our itinerary is subject to change due to weather and other circumstances.

All of Being Brave Club’s events are centred around movement, adventure and challenging ourselves — jumping in with both feet, even if you’re scared. You’re supported by the group in every activity and encouraged to give everything a try!
